Michal Meyer is editor in chief of Chemical Heritage magazine and director of public programming in the Roy Eddleman Institute. She holds a Ph.D. and a master's degree in history from the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree in physics and a diploma in applied science from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Michal has previously worked as a weather forecaster in New Zealand and Fiji, as magazine editor of the Jerusalem Post, and as editor of the History of Science Society Newsletter. She has a long history of falling off horses, but has given that up as a hobby.

Jennifer Dionisio earned a B.A. in nonfiction writing from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also studied sociology. A freelance journalist for both regional and national publications, she joined CHF in September 2006 as the program assistant for biotechnology. She is now program associate for CHF’s Roy Eddleman Institute, where she is the book review and associate editor of Chemical Heritage magazine. During her work day she tries very hard to minimize the amount of coffee she spills on herself and her desk.
